Founded by Dr. Teresa Lewis-Hunt, DNP, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, the foundation works to improve health outcomes by bringing healthcare resources, education, and preventive services directly to communities facing barriers to care.

TL Consultants Health Foundation
Dr. Teresa Lewis-Hunt is a Doctor of Nursing Practice and board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner specializing in family medicine. Through years of clinical leadership in primary care and behavioral health services, she has worked to improve access to healthcare and support individuals facing barriers to care.
The TL Consultants Health Foundation was established to expand access to preventive healthcare services, community health education, and outreach initiatives that improve long-term health outcomes for individuals and families across Nebraska.

Dr. Lewis-Hunt founded the TL Consultants Health Foundation with the vision of strengthening communities by expanding access to preventive healthcare, education, and early intervention programs that support healthier lives and reduce barriers to care.
